Lake Powell

Lake Powell is AMAZING! We had such a great time on the houseboat. We enjoyed wakeboarding and surfing...even the pregnant girl surfed! (I refused to wakeboard..Jason was bummed) We usually went on the ski boat for a good part of the day. Then came back to the houseboat to hangout and listen to LOTS of music. We had a large group of people so it was always entertaining!

We celebrated Jason's 25th birthday a little early over the weekend. I cooked Cafe Rio pork and made his favorite dessert, Boston Cream Pie. We all sang and celebrated him turning a year older! It was a GREAT trip except the last day. We went out on the ski boat for one LAST run....and the boat BROKE! We finally flagged a jet ski down because there were NO boats around...of course. They towed us to Lone Rock beach and then some guy drove Pat back to the marina to get truck. It took hours and we all got fried. Thankfully, it happened on our LAST day!
